Location Rendering: Shared locations in WhatsApp conversations now display as map previews within the Conversations page.
Inbound Contact Display: When customers share contacts via WhatsApp, their name and phone number are now visible directly in the conversation thread
2. Client Portal Document Management
Document Sharing: CRM users can now share files directly with contacts through the Client Portal.
Client Uploads: Contacts can upload documents via the Client Portal, which appear under CRM > Documents > Client Portal
3. Bulk Update Tags via API
A new public API allows for the creation and removal of tags in bulk for up to 500 contacts, streamlining contact management.
